here is what I eat in a day! yyyyyaaaayyyy food. and DISCLAIMER: this is the diet I have chosen for myself, how I lift, and all the things for me. do NOT copy exactly what I eat... figure out what works best for you through trial and error! 75 is a mental toughness program created by Andy Frisella, and you can listen to his realAF podcast, episode 208, for all the details! Basically, it all runs down to this: 1 gallon of water a day 10 pages of a self-improvement book two 45 minute workouts (one HAS to be outdoor) follow a diet, any diet YOU CHOOSE, (this is what I chose) and junk! and TAKE A PICTURE everyday of your progress! again this is a mental toughness program, not a challenge, fad, or diet. it's made to be repeated every year for a lifetime! When I'm not on 75 hard, I eat very similar to the but include a cheat meal on the weekends which helps hormones, strength, stuff like that. so this is def not something that I can maintain at all! honestly, feeling a little physically weaker (mental game is STRONG) at the end of 75 hard, so basically what I'm sayin is take everything with a grain of salt. or a pinch. idk.
