PRAWNS IN BATTER INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 500 g shrimp For the batter: 170 g wheat flour 125 ml milk 125 ml water 5 g baking powder 5 g salt Oil for frying PREPARATION: 1. Prepare the batter by mixing the milk, water, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until you get a creamy texture. If it's too thick, add a little more water, and if it's too runny, add flour. 2. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails attached. 3. Heat a frying pan with plenty of oil. Hold one shrimp by the tail and, without letting go, lower it into the batter. Place the shrimp in the oil and fry until golden brown. Repeat until all the shrimp are finished. 4. Once fried, remove to a plate covered with absorbent paper and serve freshly cooked.
