If you're also a fan of shrimp in batter… wait until you try mine 🔥🔥 Today I'm going to show you how to make perfect shrimp in batter at home: golden brown on the outside, tender on the inside, and with a thin coating that's pure indulgence. An easy recipe, but with several key tricks to make them just like in a restaurant. Write down the step-by-step instructions because they make all the difference 👇 🦐 Ingredients: Shrimp or prawns Strong flour Yolanda flour Egg Salt Food coloring Very cold beer Very cold sparkling water (with crushed ice) Olive oil for frying 🔥 How to make shrimp in batter: 1️⃣ Mix equal parts strong flour and Yolanda flour, with salt and a touch of food coloring. 2️⃣ Add very, very cold beer and a little water crushed into ice. The secret is to keep the batter cold at all times. 3️⃣ Add the egg and mix until you get a creamy, custard-like consistency. 4️⃣ Dry the shrimp or prawns well and coat them first in flour. 5️⃣ Dip them in the batter and fry in oil at 180°C (350°F). 👨‍🍳Chef's tip: When you put the shrimp in the oil, hold it by the tail for a couple of seconds so the batter adheres well and it stays straight. Take them out when they have that perfect golden brown… and that's it! You now have the best battered shrimp in the world at home 😉 Save this recipe and tell me what you think in the comments 👇 ➡ Subscribe to the Como Dani channel for more amazing recipes and professional cooking tips:    • Como Dani   ➡ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/comodani_es...
