Kayaking the South Yuba at High Water! - 3,000 CFS Purdon's to Bridgeport

The South Yuba is one of my absolute favorite rivers in the world and the Purdon's to Bridgeport certainly holds its own against any other river in the world, especially at these higher flows. A few years ago we started pushing our flow window and got to know the river really well at these higher flows and since then it has opened my eyes to the possibilities out there. Back then, there were only a few of us that felt comfortable getting after it at the higher flows, but it has been super fun to get some other folks out there to show them what it's all about! This season in California is going to be an epic one, but please make sure that you are all making good, safe choices and really know what you're getting yourselves into.
