I eat this every morning. Most delicious oat bars! If you have dried fruits like dates, figs and cranberries. Just soak them and combine with oats and nuts. It turns into delicios bars for breakfast or dessert, you don't have to buy bars at store anymore. Ingredients: 55g (1/2 cup) pecan nuts 100g (1cup) oatmeal 30g (3 tbsp) sesame seeds Bake at 160°C/320°F (fan) for 15 minutes 3 tbsp flax seeds 1 tsp cinnamon powder pinch of Salt 100g dates (3/4 cup) 125g (6 pieces) dried figs 3 tbsp dried cranberry Soak with hot water for 10 minutes strain and chop it with food processor 70g (1/3 cup) tahini 50g honey simmer with low heat until combined mix all together put it in a 30x15 cm baking sheet tray + baking paper keep in the fridge for 1 hour cut it into square or rectangular shape Subscribe to my channel:    / wunderbarerezepte   #oatmeal #bars #recipe
