This letter revealed the intimidation inflicted upon her by a member of the North Central Timor Regional People's Representative Council. Nur Azizah, the biological mother of the late Doctor Eliza Princila Utami Pakaenoni, recounted the heartbreaking moment when her daughter complained about the intimidation by a member of the North Central Timor Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) while treating a patient with snake venom poisoning. Before her death, Doctor Icha left behind a will for her family. In the letter, the late Icha wrote that she still felt traumatized upon returning to work at the TTU hospital. Doctor Icha also wrote that she had forgiven the DPR member who intimidated her. However, this forgiveness did not prevent the family from pursuing legal action. The North Central Timor Police have questioned three members of the TTU Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) suspected of intimidating Dr. Icha Pakaenoni. They are Therensius Lazakar from the Golkar Party, Norbertus Tubani from the National Awakening Party, and Veronika Lake from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP).
