War Thunder Hates Japanese Tanks

Smaller tank tech trees in War Thunder tend to get the short end of the stick, and this is especially evident with France and Japan. In Japan's case, the Type 4 Chi-To medium tank is more or less comparable to the German Panzer 4 tanks, but a full battle rating bracket higher.
