Fixing The Worst Heavy Tank

The British Conqueror is, in my opinion, one of the worst heavy tanks in War Thunder. It has an incredibly long reload for an APDS round that sometimes shatters or does not damage. The Caernarvon heavy tank fixes this by replacing the turret with that of a Centurion, giving it a much faster reload and a better selection of rounds.
