Biceps Tendonitis?!! Pole Dancer Sports Injury - dealing.

I received awful news this week that my shoulder pain/impingement was biceps tendonitis :( Since been researching what this is, the causes, and how to recover from it as quickly as possible so that I can get back to pole.
