Line a muffin tin with muffin cups. Place the butter and eggs in the mixing bowl and beat for 1 minute on speed 4 until light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) on the lowest rack.
