Airway segmentation from CT in 1 minute using 3D Slicer

This is a short video tutorial of how to segment airways on CT using Fast Marching tool in 3D Slicer's Segment Editor module. Fast Marching is provided in "SegmentEditorExtraEffects" extension - install this extension before starting your segmentation. Note that 3D Slicer now has automated tools for lung and airways segmentation in the LungCTAnalyzer extension - for details see https://github.com/rbumm/SlicerLungCT... 3D Slicer is free, open-source software, can be downloaded at https://www.slicer.org.
