A great recipe for fine, two-colored cookies – perfect for tea or coffee! 🔺 Ingredients: – 130 g butter – 120 g powdered sugar – 10 g vanilla sugar – 1 pinch of salt – 1 egg – 70 g sour cream – 250 g flour – 1 tsp baking powder – 1–1.5 tbsp flour (additional for the light dough half) – 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for the dark dough half) 🔸 Roll out the light and dark dough thinly, layer them on top of each other, and shape into a roll. 🔸 Freeze for one hour, then slice. 🔸 Score patterns with a knife and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
