I Rode a $2 Seoul Cruise

I actually found a cruise in Seoul, South Korea that only costs $2. Local guides gave it a 1-star review saying it's way too slow, but I wanted to see if a $2 cruise could actually be crazy good. It turns out the boat ride took 1 hour and 20 minutes from Yeouinaru to Jamsil. The Seoul subway takes only 38 minutes for the exact same trip. To make things weirder, the snack bar inside was completely closed. I spent 80 minutes starving with just one bottle of Korean banana milk. Is this cheap Han River boat ride a hidden gem, or a total waste of time?
