The Beatles – Your Feet’s Too Big [2026 Stereo Mix / Live at the Star-Club]

My mono-to-stereo remix/remaster of The Beatles’ live performance of “Your Feet’s Too Big”. The song was written in 1936 by Fred Fisher and Ada Benson, and the Beatles recorded it in December 1962 at the Star-Club in Hamburg, Germany. There have already been a few attempts to remix these recordings into stereo, but the quality of both the available source material and the machine learning models used for stem extraction have improved drastically in the past few years. My mixes are derived from Lord Reith’s early 2025 mono remaster of the material. The stems were extracted with MVSep and mixed in GarageBand. Stereo panning for all the mixes is as follows: Center: vocals, bass Left 50%: drums Right 50%: guitar While there are a few minor improvements that could be made to my process, realistically you’re not going to be able to get much better sound out of these low-quality recordings, at least until Peter Jackson works his magic. (There are some channels who have applied AI audio restoration filters to make the vocals clearer, but I avoid that because it invariably sends the songs into the uncanny valley.)
