Gabinete RP #40: Dinâmica obrigatória para empresas (mesmo as mais pequenas)

Most small companies don't have a set meeting schedule; conversations happen only when a problem can no longer be ignored, and for a while this works because the founder is close enough to everything to compensate with presence what's lacking in structure. The problem arises when the company grows and the founder can no longer be everywhere: decisions are late, alignment is partial, and goals set in January are forgotten by March. What separates a company that grows with control from one that grows and loses direction isn't the talent of its people, but the existence of a meeting cadence with its own dynamics. At P&A Legal, we have three levels: weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and it was precisely the closing meeting of the first quarter of 2026 that led me to record this episode. Does your company have its own meeting schedule, or does each conversation about goals start from scratch?
