15MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR BEGGINERS // No Equipment
A longer full body workout that is 15 minutes is enough for you to tone and slim your body! It is begginer friendly, helping you to get your way up to the other routines!🩷 Recommendations: 1.make sure to keep your lower back FLAT on the mat!! Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat. Tuck your pelvis in until your back is flatttt!! 2.You can lay your head down on the mat, if that's more comfy, but let's try to keep it up for an extra ab burn!! 3.To engage your core, find a netral spine (not rounded or arched), and then inhale deeply, and when you exhale, pull your belly button toward your spine, keeping your ribs down and breathing normally, avoid holding your breath. Imagine bracing for a laugh or for a cough if that's easier :) 4.Don't hold your breath - exhale as you lift/do the effort and inhale as you "reset"! 5.For the glute bridges, lift using your booty, pushing through your heels!
