Lesson 10: Collagraph Gelli Plate Prinitng Techniques Using Mount Board
It’s the Final Lesson of the Term! | Gelli Plate Printing & Landscapes Welcome back, everyone! Can you believe we’ve reached the last lesson of the term? This week, we’ll be diving deeper into Gelli Plate printing, with a special focus on creating beautiful landscapes. Please bring along all the same equipment you used last week—and if you’d like a fresh challenge, feel free to choose a new reference picture to work from. If you have any mount board or card board at home, pop that in your art bag for tomorrow’s class as well. I hope you’ve enjoyed this term as much as I have! We’ve explored so many techniques and shared plenty of creativity (and laughter) along the way. Looking ahead, next term’s theme will be all about water, reflections, and trees—using watercolours and a mix of other exciting materials. I can’t wait to see what you’ll create! Thank you for being part of the journey. See you in class!
