Sometimes we walk through life with hardened souls, carrying faults we think no one notices, but when you look at Calvary, you understand the gravity of the disease of sin. How terrible our condition must be that it took the death of the Son of God to redeem us! “The veil that separated us was torn forever at Calvary, opening the way to the throne of grace, so that you and I can embrace today an intimate, transformative, and real relationship with our Savior.” God doesn't want you to walk blindly or in ignorance, because true faith doesn't nullify you; it refines your intellect and sanctifies your abilities. When you surrender your mind to the Creator, your talents become living tools to promote the well-being of others. Consecrate your strength to Jesus today and allow the light of the sanctuary to flood your life. • Application: Today I will surrender my intellectual and professional talents to the Lord through morning prayer.
