Before we can move well, we need to understand how our body is positioned in space. In this class you'll learn how to find and feel your natural line in standing, lying down, and on all fours — so that every movement you do from here builds on a solid base. This class is for you if you're completely new to Pilates, coming back after a break, or simply want to slow down and reconnect with the basics. 🌿 No equipment needed.
