Fuji, we closely followed the daily life of Noriko (84) and Seiji (84) Nagatsuka, focusing on their healthy and wholesome "food" habits. Noriko laughs, saying that her menus are "spur-of-the-moment," even though she uses carefully selected ingredients like mitsuba (Japanese parsley) picked from her garden and meat from naturally raised animals. And Seiji, who was completely dedicated to his work during his time in Tokyo, now sits by her in the kitchen, steaming his specialty, sekihan (red bean rice), and even willingly doing the dishes.
