Manima nka Ati Priya Mitha Khuduma🌼 | Sri Jagannath 56 Bhoga | Rath Yatra Special Method Take 2 cups of wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt, fennel seeds (saunf), ajwain (juani), and ghee. Mix everything well until the flour turns crumbly. Gradually add about 1 cup of water and knead into a firm, smooth dough, similar to a nimki dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. After resting, divide the dough into small equal portions and shape each piece into traditional Khuduma. Heat ghee and deep-fry the Khuduma on medium flame until they become crisp and golden brown. Remove and keep aside. Now prepare the sugar syrup by adding 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a pan. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the syrup reaches a light sticky consistency. Grind black pepper and black cardamom (bada elaichi) into a fine powder and add it to the sugar syrup. Mix well to infuse the traditional temple-style aroma. Finally, add all the fried Khuduma to the syrup and gently toss until every piece is evenly coated. Allow them to cool slightly so the syrup sets beautifully. Your Manima Nka Ati Priya Mitha Khuduma is now ready to be offered as Mahaprasad to Lord Jagannath. 🙏 Offer with devotion and serve with love.
