My dear viewers, I traveled to a place called Zero Valley to meet the Apatanani tribe. The Apatanani people live there in a very vibrant way, and the village is extremely beautiful. In this village, people engage in natural farming, as well as fish cultivation in paddy fields. The people here are very friendly. I reached there by hitchhiking, getting lifts in vehicles, and once I reached the village, the people warmly welcomed me. I went into their homes, and I learned about how the Apatanani people live—how their houses are structured, and inside, how their kitchens are arranged, and their lifestyle. The people invited me to have a meal, and as I ate, I talked about the variety of foods they have. The people there mainly consume cows, goats, pigs, and chickens—these have been their traditional foods for generations. They also use bamboo a lot in their cooking. I mention this at the start of the video. When I met these Apatanani people, they took bamboo, put meat inside, and we would cook it and eat it—I was amazed. Also, the people there have green tattoos on their faces—these tattoos have been drawn for a long time. Another thing is, they pierce their noses, which is a unique mark of this tribe.
