911 Emergency Call at Midnight l The Storm that Turned Dangerous!

For three straight days, relentless storms pounded East Tennessee, and what started as heavy rain quickly turned into one of the most unforgettable weekends we've experienced on our property. In this video, I'm taking you behind the scenes as our English cottage gardens and homestead face severe flooding. Our courtyard becomes completely submerged, streams form where there normally aren't any, water rushes through the flower beds, and our vegetable garden creek bed overflows as nature completely takes over. Just when we thought the worst was behind us, another storm rolled in that night. A tree fell onto nearby power lines, causing fire and explosions behind our home, and a midnight 911 call. Minutes later, everything went dark as the power went out. Thankfully, the fire was extinguished before it could spread, and we're incredibly grateful that our family and home remained safe. The following day brought even more challenges as additional trees were uprooted, including one that fell across our gas tank in the backyard. Not every day in the garden is filled with sunshine and flowers. Sometimes nature reminds us just how powerful—and unpredictable—it can be. We're sharing the highs, the lows, and everything in between as we continue creating beauty from the ground up. Thank you so much for watching and supporting our journey.
