One time I changed few things to make it "Polish" and since then I'm addicted. I do everything like for Irish Coffee, but I replace whiskey with vodka (Polish if you have ; D), replace brown sugar with white, and I add around one spoon (better less than more) of instant cocoa powder to the cream before shaking it untill it's more creamy (I know that some people use whipped cream on top of their Irish Coffee, which creates a solid blop of cream, so just saying - cream should be still liquid so it would mix with coffee with every sip you take : 3).
