Ingredients (Detailed) Bread flour (13% protein): 600 g / 21.2 oz / 5 cups Instant dry yeast: 6 g / 2 tsp Water (18–20°C / 64–68°F): 470 ml / 15.9 fl oz / ≈ 2 cups Salt: 7 g / 1 tsp Optional topping: sesame seeds (or any seeds/spices you like) Steps (Quick Guide) Mix flour + yeast. Add water + salt, and mix with a spoon/spatula until combined. Cover and rest 1.5 hours (until doubled). Sprinkle flour, gently remove the dough, and fold into a round shape. Place in a 24 cm (9.5 inch) springform pan on floured baking paper. Cover and rest 30 minutes. Lightly wet the top, add sesame/seeds, and cut with scissors. Bake at 220°C / 428°F for 25 minutes.
