My husband passed away at the age of 32. The following year, my younger brother committed suicide. My daughter fell unconscious when she was in fifth grade (she later recovered). My father died, estranged from me, his daughter, and my granddaughter. After years of discord with my mother, who suffers from developmental disabilities, I am now living a peaceful and happy life, completely free of past conflicts. [Rock Bottom Period] Continual grief and shock... Depression, depersonalization, various physical ailments, vague symptoms... My whole body was acting up, and my mental health was at its worst. I visited psychosomatic and psychiatric clinics and tried various medications. Perhaps due to the medication, I developed depersonalization disorder. This led to me taking anti-anxiety medication for about 18 years. I also took the sleeping pill Myslee at the same time. In the last three years of 2018, I tapered down and then stopped taking them. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and cervical cancer, and underwent surgery. Right-ear hearing loss led to Meniere's disease.
