Marti Wolfson believes that the kitchen is the gateway toward experiencing a healthy and happier body and mind. More and more people are experiencing health symptoms, many of which can be cured by the very food we eat. By tapping into our "intuitive cook" the inner healer can emerge. Marti has been in the integrative wellness field for the past 14 years, providing culinary nutrition and lifestyle education in the “Food as Medicine” movement. Her extensive background working with chronic diseases, has shaped her approach of using simple healthy cooking techniques, nutritional science, and mindful living tools to guide people toward better health. She is the co-author of BlumKitchen Nutrition Guide and Cookbook, and wrote 40 recipes for The Immune System Recovery Plan: A Doctor's 4- Step Program to Treating Autoimmune Disease.
