Fighting Over Grandma’s House

The plaintiff and his wife say they moved into his grandmother’s home after she passed away, as did the defendant, his aunt. They say she’s trying to force them to move, even calling the police 23 times and falsely accusing them of poisoning her, so they’re suing. The defendant says the plaintiffs put toilet water in her food, which put her in the hospital for weeks. She’s countersuing for defamation and emotional distress.
