No Friend Indeed

The plaintiff says she thought the defendant was her friend, and so she often gave drug tests to the defendant because she was an addict. Then the defendant had her falsely arrested. She’s suing her former friend for a bail bond, audio equipment, and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff is a functioning alcoholic even though she’s an addiction counselor. She’s countersuing for stolen property and emotional distress.
