Today we invite you back to the kitchen, this time to cook a grilled and then baked beef eye. This was a week full of holidays and celebrations - Daniel's Birthday, Valentine's Day, and Family Day - so we decided to celebrate with a delicious meal together. First we cook the beef eye on the grill to give it that rich roast flavor and also give it a nice color. Then we put the rib eye on a bed of vegetables with a little red wine and put it in the oven to finish cooking. We accompany this cut of meat with mashed potatoes and grated sweet potatoes with Parmesan cheese. There was also a bite of salami and cheeses, we tried some new wines from Serbia and Argentina, and then for dessert there was cheesecake, carrot cake and a cake with raspberry mousse.
