In a similar way, we have to warm up our body before exercising to relax the muscles and joints and loosen them up after exercising through cool-down and stretching. Not many people regularly do warm-up, stretching, and cool-down because of their busy lives, and people may even think that they are relatively less important than main exercises. But to maintain healthy work-out routines in a lasting period of time, they are essential. (Not only for health of muscles and joints but also for efficiency in exercise, warm-up and stretching are crucial!)
