Imperative Mood : Mood of Verb (L4 : Pt 7H)
Dear viewers, In this video I’ve discussed the concept of Imperative Mood as well as Imperative sentences. The verb which is used to express, direct, order, commend, request, exhortation, suggestion, prohibition, advice, offer & Instructions etc., is in “Imperative Mood”. We can use Imperative verb with all subjects by using ‘Let’. But when we include ourselves, we use let us or the contracted form Let’s. We can use ‘Do’ before Imperative where there is any strict order or completion or formal expression. For Ex. Ordinary Order = “ See me tomorrow” ( कल मुझसे मिलो ) Completion or Strict Order = “do see me tomorrow" ( कल मुझसे अवश्य मिलो) For more information please watch the video. Thanks and regards Happy Learning !!!
