Enjoy your meal! ❤️ 📝 Ingredients: 2 eggs Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 2 slices of sandwich bread 15 g butter 2 sausages (sliced) 2 slices of burger cheese 4 cherry tomatoes (sliced) 3–4 green onions (chopped) 👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl. 2. Add salt and black pepper to taste, then whisk until well combined. 3. Cut out the soft center from 2 slices of sandwich bread and set the cut-out pieces aside. 4. Heat a frying pan and melt 15 g butter. 5. Place the bread slices in the pan. 6. Slice 2 sausages into thin rounds and arrange them inside the center of each bread slice. 7. Divide the egg mixture evenly between the two bread slices, pouring it over the sausages. 8. Place 1 slice of burger cheese on top of each toast. 9. Slice 4 cherry tomatoes and arrange them over the cheese. 10. Flatten the cut-out bread centers with a rolling pin and place them on top of the filling. 11.
