3 Section Staff - Double Downward Spin - Waterfall Tutorial

In this video we focus on one of the most signature flowering, or spinning techniques with the three sectional staff. My first instructor called it the waterfall flower, and although I don't think that's a traditional name for it, I think it fits pretty well. I have also heard it called the large flower, or double downward spin. I highly suggest you perfect the technique with a staff before even thinking about using a three section staff as there are many variables to adapt to when in motion and can be overwhelming if you have to focus on everything at once. After you really have the movement down with a staff and muscle memory kicks in, you will greatly lower the risk of self injury so take your time!!!
