Goal-setting lays the foundation for any successful plan, be it spiritual, academic or vocational plans. Proper planning provides directions and timelines to our goals. Youths can achieve success by setting clear goals, planning strategically, and executing them diligently. A simple yet powerful strategy is setting SMART goals: Specific – Clearly define your goal; Measurable – Track progress; Achievable – Set realistic steps; Relevant – Align with your values; Time –bound – Set deadlines. Above all, commit your plans to God through prayer and trust Him to guide your path to success (Psalm 37:5). Remember to be in a good relationship with God who is the Giver of life and wisdom.
