Yawn & Sob | Vocal exercise for throat release | lower the voice and larynx
Hey, We're back with a video demonstrating yawn and sob quality. You should use this if you have been instructed to do so by your speech & language therapist and find it helpful to use visual demonstrations between practice. This exercise lowers the voice box and releases the throat. You will experience a rich and resonant voice. As always this video is for demonstrative purposes only and does not substitute for official medical advice. If you have any concerns about your voice, please see your healthcare provider.
