Chop the chives into 1-cm pieces and add the ingredients marked with ◎ and mix. Bibim Sauce [Ingredients] (Easy to Make) 5 tablespoons gochujang 4 tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons sesame oil 1 teaspoon grated garlic (Optional) 1-2 tablespoons Korean chili peppers [Directions] Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Lightly Pickled Nagaimo and Okra Ingredients (Serves 4) 200g Nagaimo 8 okra 50cc White Dashi 150cc Water 1 Bird's Eye Chip (Seeds and Stem Removed) Directions 1. Peel the Nagaimo and cut into 5cm long, 1cm square strips. 2. Peel the okra all the way around the calyx with a knife, sprinkle with salt, and rub with a board. Boil in boiling water for 1 minute, then cool in cold water and cut diagonally in half. 3. Combine the white dashi and water in a storage container, then add the okra, Nagaimo, and bird's eye chip. Pork Shabu-Shabu with Plum and Shiso Sauce Ingredients (Serves 3) 250g Pork Shabu-Shabu 5 Perilla Leaves 1 Large Umeboshi (Pickled Plum) ●2 Tablespoons Ponzu Sauce ●1 Teaspoon Sugar ●1 Tablespoon Water Directions 1. Remove the seeds from the pickled plums and smash them with a knife. Shred the perilla leaves. 2. Boil the pork shabu-shabu in hot water and let cool. 2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, add the ingredients from 1. and mix. Use your preferred pork shabu-shabu, whether it's loin or pork belly. If your pickled plums are small, use 1.5 to 2. Sour pickled plums are recommended, but if using sweet pickled plums, reduce the amount of sugar. Pork Stamina Marinade Ingredients 200g pork 1/2 onion 1 bunch garlic sprouts 1/3 carrot 4 tablespoons yakiniku sauce Beef Japchae Ingredients (serves 2-3) 200g beef 1/2 onion 1/2 bunch chives 40g dried glass noodles ◎1 tablespoon each soy sauce, sake, and sugar ◎1 tablespoon oyster sauce ◎1 teaspoon chicken stock powder 200cc water (1 teaspoon chili bean paste, optional) Directions 1. Add the ingredients marked with ◎ to the beef and mix well. 2. Thinly slice the onion and cut the chives into 4cm pieces. ③ Place the dried glass noodles and vegetables in a heat-resistant container, spreading the ground beef (from ①) on top with the sauce. Add water. ④ Heat in a 600W microwave for 6 minutes. Carrot Stir-Fry with Curry Powder Ingredients 1 carrot 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/3 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon olive oil Directions ① Peel the carrot and cut it into 5cm strips. ② Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the carrot, and stir-fry until softened. Add salt and curry powder and mix. Boiled Pork Ingredients Approximately 500g pork block Ginger, green part of green onion, sake to taste Directions ① Place the pork in a pot and add water until it covers the meat. ② Add the ginger, green onion, and sake, cover, and simmer for about an hour until the meat is tender. Preserve the pork in the broth. Octopus and Cucumber Shio Koji Marinade Ingredients (Serves 2-3) 150g boiled octopus 1 cucumber ◎2 tablespoons rice oil ◎2 tablespoons shio koji ◎2 tablespoons vinegar Directions 1. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem from the cucumber and cut into chunks the same size as the octopus. 2.
