Jack Keating Policy Paper Workshop on Seeing Ourselves at School: Increasing teacher diversity
Recorded 28 February 2024. This online policymaker workshop launches the latest Jack Keating Policy Paper, Seeing ourselves at school: Increasing the diversity of the teaching workforce, which investigates existing and possible future initiatives to improve teacher diversity in our schools. The project focused on means of increasing the proportion of teachers identifying as Indigenous, teachers with disability (broadly construed), teachers from low SES backgrounds, and teachers from rural and regional backgrounds in the teaching workforce.
