Implementation of EDI strategies within the NIHR infrastructure
In this webinar, SPHR researcher Ameeta Retzer tells us more about her project that explored Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in NIHR-funded infrastructures and explores the barriers and facilitators when embedding EDI principles and strategies. The project was comprised of a survey of NIHR infrastructures and key stakeholder interviews. As a result of this work, learning and good practice on EDI will be shared across the SPHR and NIHR more widely, as well as provide advice and guidance on embedding EDI principles and promote inclusive practices.
