Day Ranger with Northern Rail to Rochdale in Lancashire and Rochdale Canal in Calderdale

I have already shared a slideshow of this day trip which included photos, snippets of the videos and music accompaniment. This video has all the full length videos in landscape mode with natural sound. It includes setting off from Beverley Railway Station on a Hull train then Hull Paragon Station where I bought my Northern Rail Ranger ticket using a voucher from the Yorkshire Post and £12. Traveling on a class 158 Dmu to Halifax going past the Humber Bridge and the Humber Estuary. In Halifax I caught a class 195 Northern Train to Rochdale. You can hear other passengers sat near me who included a group of excited young women playing cards. I found Rochdale very quiet and a little different to what I am used to. I watched trams from Manchester travel past me. I found a church and park then a nice view of the town, Memorial Gardens and square. Then a train to Todmorden on the border with Yorkshire and Lancashire. I have stayed in Todmorden and felt more comfortable there. I met a couple of ladies about to do a tour of their planted areas round the town and named KINDNESS. They allowed me to film them. Then another short train ride to Hebden Bridge and again I have explored this town so it was familiar. I enjoyed walking along Rochdale Canal to Mythomroyd where caught a train to Halifax.
