Les hommes sont-ils écoutés dans la dynamique familiale aujourd’hui.

For several months, the City of Baillif, through its Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS), has been running Solid’Âge, a meaningful project designed to bring generations together and rebuild community ties. Conceived as a true forum for exchange, Solid’Âge invites residents from all neighborhoods to come together and discuss social issues during conferences or intergenerational discussions. The idea is to foster community spirit, share knowledge, and celebrate each individual's journey. This Wednesday, July 1st, residents were invited to another Solid’Âge event, led by Raymond Otto, which addressed a thought-provoking question: “Are men listened to in family dynamics today?” This theme clearly sparked rich discussions among the participants. With this initiative, Marie-Yveline Théobald Ponchateau, Mayor of Baillif, reaffirms her commitment to building bridges between generations. The goal is to give young people the tools to understand the history and transformations of Guadeloupean society and the values that enable us to live well together. With Solid’Âge, Baillif demonstrates its commitment to building a more inclusive community, where dialogue, listening, and sharing experiences become the foundations of active citizenship and lasting social cohesion.
