This time we're looking at the Earthworks D20 Gen2 drum microphones. These are a reasonably priced offering from Earthworks meant for drums and percussion. With a rich history of innovation, David Blackmer, founder of dbx and Earthworks provided the audio world with an incredible tool set and a bunch of theories on ultrasonic sound... Oh yeah, and a mic clip whose frustration level rivals that of the Sennheiser 421!! We're going to do some very monotonous tests on percussion with these mics with a few other clip type mics.
