Ken Waza Part 1, Basic Striking Exercises of the Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jutaijutsu
In this video, I cover the foundational striking methods of the traditional Jujutsu of Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jutaijutsu. These are the starting points for the beginner, and are to be built up in a sequence of form, accuracy, natural speed and then timing of individual strike. To properly understand the beginner level forms onward, one must train this material and other kihon with thorough detail. This lesson was recorded in 2006, Yasuragi Dojo. *** Thank you for visiting and supporting my work in preserving the Traditional Japanese Martial Arts of Jissen Kobudo at the Yasuragi Dojo.
