Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream From Scratch – So Simple!

Vanilla ice cream recipe 2 cups heavy cream 1 1/2 cups milk 3/4 cup sugar pinch salt 1 teaspoons vanilla 2 egg yolks (you can heat them up and temper them if raw bothers you) 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional) Mix together and freeze in ice cream machine. You can freeze liquid without using a machine but the end result is very firm and not creamy.
