C sweetened condensed milk (to replace cooked custard) and 1 tsp vanilla extract just like a ice cream maker would do, then the fun starts. Choose your ingredients, bust out the candies, crumble up those cookies and pour on the chocolate, it's all good. Getting creative with your ingredients is the key. When I was growing up, we had a small refrigerator with a freezer that was not big enough to accommodate ice cream with all the other items my mom stored so ice cream was one treat I desired, and that's when the love for making ice cream started, I'm making it a mission to create all kinds of ice cream my heart desires. Ice Cream is so easy to make, it all starts out with the base then once all your goodies are added your masterpiece is done, you freeze it 1/2 a day or up to several weeks and it's always ready to go. Ice Cream is perfect as a dessert when entertaining friends or just because when sitting in front of the tv (something I love to do 🤩) whatever the occasion you will have your own creation to enjoy in a cone, cup or bowl, who knows, just enjoy it!!! ❤ ICE CREAM BASE 2 C. heavy whipping cream 1- 14oz. C. sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla (optional) ROCK ROAD ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS________ 2 C. heavy whipping cream 1 14oz. can Sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 C. salted roasted almonds (chopped) 3/4 C. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 C. mini Marshmallows (cut in half) STRAWBERRY COOKIES AND CREAM____ 2 C. heavy whipping cream (cold) 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk (cold) 1 tsp vanilla 1 Pint fresh strawberries ( chopped and crushed) 1 3/4 C. Golden Oreo minis cookies (broken in pieces) Hershey's double chocolate syrup (optional) ● (you can add 1 to 2 drops red food coloring for more color) if desired Nutter Butter M&M's Ice Cream______ 2 C. heavy whipping cream (cold) 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk (cold) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 C.
