🚵♂️ NO TIME FOR MTB TRAINING? DO THIS AND IMPROVE! 🔥 If you work, have a busy schedule, and can't fit in long mountain bike training sessions, this video can change the way you train on your MTB. Here I show a simple, intense, and extremely efficient workout to gain endurance, strength, power, and cardiorespiratory fitness in just 1 hour of training. ⚡ The workout starts with a 20-30 minute warm-up until you reach the main climb. After that, the real challenge begins: a climb of approximately 3 KM with almost 400 meters of elevation gain, without relief or rest. ⛰️ The climb varies considerably: ✔️ Faster sections to work on high cadence ✔️ Inclined sections to develop strength and torque ✔️ Technical and undulating sections ✔️ Insane final section known as the “GATE OF HELL” 😈 The final section is about 1 KM extremely tough, including approximately 200 to 300 meters with almost a 30-degree incline. It's the type of climb that demands a lot from the whole body: legs, lungs, heart, and especially a strong mind.
