Hazmat Rules: Classifying TMAH for Transportation

Proposed Re-classification for Tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) Proposed rule HM-215R includes revised standards for classifying TMAH, a chemical used in the manufacturing of semiconductors, microchips, circuit boards, and OLED/LED display screens.
