Dog Beach in Orihuela (Alicante), known as Cabo Peñas or Cala Mosca II, is located on the Alicante coast near Torrevieja. LOCATION Orihuela (Alicante) Cabo Peñas - Cala Mosca II DESCRIPTION This new dog beach is located in Cala Cabo Peñas, better known as Cala Mosca II, and has been frequented by swimmers with dogs for years (although this will be legal since May 2021). Orihuela's dog beach is located in a natural setting with no surrounding developments. Made of rock and sand, it can be ideal for dogs to enjoy. RECOMMENDATIONS To get to the cove, we recommend parking in the Playa Flamenca development. OBSERVATIONS There are hoses at the exit to remove sand from dogs. NEGATIVE The descent to the cove is a bit damaged, probably due to the rain, and you have to be careful.
