The cage which comes with life. I personally live by the rule, if I taco care of my skin I prevent many expensive treatments which can create more damage if someone does a mistake. I adjust my skin care based on many things, diet and yes I will call it diet now because I try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible but I still enjoy cheeseburger and fries, hormones which are changing all the times, weather and retinol use.
