SFV: Kage Tips - Beginner Combos

Want to learn how to play Evil R... Kage but don't know where to start? Confused by all the combo videos are waffle? Don't know how to EDGE LORD good? Well this is the guide for you! In this tutorial I will cover what I consider are the core beginner combos to learn before going on to learn the harder hit-confirms and link combos. I also cover a primer to Intermediate Combos, punishing, jump-ins and anti-airs :) Kage has a 3-hit fireball, he does okay in fireball wars :P Kage's combo route unsurprisingly is very similar to Akuma's considering he's basically a clone. I would recomment using V-Skill 2 as you can just throw it out randomly and it's safe on block, with V-Trigger 1 active you can combo with it, as well as more combo opporunties. Both V-Triggers are pretty good, VT1 is only 2-bars so you can activate it quicker and also has the classic Akuma teleport whereas VT2 is 3-bar but can VT cancel from special moves, additional combo damage and also gives you Shun Goku Satsu. Kage has some pretty stumpy normals so it makes him hard to play footsies. He is a bit of a gimmick character with V-Skills he can throw out randomly and that wheel kick that is +3 on block for H version so you mix it up with L & M versions to confuse your opponent. He also has a Shun Goku Satsu setup from blocked M wheel kick. I gotta say it, Kage's re-design is dumb! What's with the fangs and horns?
